Is the hire price per per, per night like hotels? No — one of the great things about staying at Magic Memories Paradise Villa is that the price is for the entire villa, not per person. Our rates are fully inclusive for up to 10 guests, making it excellent value for families and groups travelling together.
Do I have to pay additional sales tax? No. All taxes are included in the quotation we provide, keeping everything simple and transparent for our guests with no hidden surprises.
Is pool heat included in my quote? When you contact us, we’ll provide a comprehensive quotation which will clearly state whether pool heat is included. Some guests choose not to add pool heating depending on the time of year and Florida temperatures during their stay.
How far is the villa from Disney? We are located just 9 miles from Disney World, which is approximately a 20–25 minute drive depending on traffic.
How far is the villa from Universal? The villa is approximately: 17 miles from Universal Orlando Resort and 15 miles from Epic Universe
How do I get access to the property? Approximately 14 days before your arrival, we’ll send you:
- the gate code for access to Cumbrian Lakes
- your unique villa door code
This allows for simple and secure self check-in.
What time is check out/check in? Our standard:
- Check-in time: 4:00 PM
- Check-out time: 10:00 AM
If we don’t have guests arriving or departing on the same day, we’ll always try to offer flexibility for late arrivals or departures where possible – just send us a message and we’ll do our best to help.
Does the pool have safety features in place? Yes. In line with Florida law, the pool area is fitted with safety screens for added protection. We strongly recommend keeping these in place during your stay to help keep little ones safe. We also kindly ask that children are supervised at all times when using the pool deck and pool area.
Is there parking available at the villa? Yes. The villa driveway comfortably accommodates two cars. Additional vehicles may park on the road outside the property where permitted.
What is the cancellation policy? If your travel plans change, we will always try to work with you to move your booking to alternative available dates.
If the booking needs to be cancelled completely:
- cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival will result in loss of deposit only
- terms for later cancellations will be discussed at the time of booking
We always aim to be as fair and helpful as possible for our guests.
Do you provide any additional hire service for our stay at the villa?
To help make your stay even more comfortable and convenient, our local property management team can arrange a range of additional rental services on request.
